Shipping Information

When will you despatch my order?

We aim wherever possible to despatch orders received before midday on the day that the order is received.  This is not always possible as there are times when a mix may be in progress and products may need to settle prior to shipment.  The freshness of your product is important to us.  We  run 'low' stocks to maintain maximum freshness meaning that short delays are sometimes unavoidable.

Please do not hesitate to call us if you have a specific delivery request or you are concerned and need an urgent delivery.

If you have not received your order within 3 working days from the despatch date, please contact us on 01263 761525 or apitherapy@btopenworld.com.  If we are unable to locate the missing product a replacement will be sent.

Delivery Options:

The below options apply to UK Mainland - please note that prices for the Highlands and Islands may differ.  Please email for all overseas orders - we will be able to calculate a cost for you.

Delivery methods vary depending on your prefence and the overall parcel weight. 

1ST CLASS -  Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel next day including Saturdays, however this is not guaranteed and can take 1 - 2 days.  This service is only available for parcels up to 2kgs.

INTERLINK - NEXT DAY DELIVERY : The next day service applies to working days only.  Deliveries will not be made over a weekend unless specifically requested.  There are cost implications for a weekend delivery but this service can be arranged with us over the telephone.   01263 761525.

MY HERMES - typically a 3 working day delivery requiring a signature on receipt or information about a safe place to leave your parcel.

NOTE:  Please ensure that you are available to receive the delivery from us. If the goods are returned to us by the courier due to no one being available to take delivery we will charge for future delivery attempts. We are always more than happy to deliver to a work address or a friend or family member.
