The law requires that we make no health claims, whether true, supported by scientific research or not, for the remedies we make and sell. Supporting scientific research is available elsewhere on the internet and we are always happy to answer your queries or problems either by email or on the telephone. This is a free advisory service.

We aim wherever possible to despatch orders received before midday on the day that the order is received.  This is not always possible as there are times when a mix may be in progress and products may need to settle prior to shipment.  The freshness of your product is important to us.  We  run 'low' stocks to maintain maximum freshness meaning that short delays are sometimes unavoidable.  Next working day delivery charges are charged at cost from the day the parcel leaves us.  If your order exceeds 2kg we ship via DPD as it is cheaper than sending via Royal Mail parcel service.  DPD will be pre-selected at checkout.

Please do not hesitate to call us if you have a specific delivery request or you are concerned and need an urgent delivery.
