Late Summer Harvest 2018

By Alison Jubb - 29 August 2018

About Our Honey

We have several apiaries dotted about North Norfolk, during the summer, the bees have been foraging on a mixture of riverside flowers, blackberry and wild hedgerow plants.  Late summer foraging provides a beautiful amber colour, rich in flavour, thick and smooth in texture with a slow set.

Delicious on toast, drizzled over natural yoghurt with seeds and berries, added to hot drinks or used in baking as a natural alternative to sugar.

All our honey is raw and rough filtered so that you receive the maximum benefit and natural goodness.
