How long do your products last for?

All Apimist products have a shelf life of 12 months except for the pure fresh Royal Jelly which must be kept in a refrigerator and has a life of 6 months.

Is my credit card secure if I order from you?

Yes, your card is processed by Worldpay, one of the world's leading credit card authorisation processors. Worldpay use industry-standard 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL)

Which credit cards do you accept?

We are pleased to accept Visa and Mastercard (Eurocard / Access). For our UK customers, we welcome Switch and Visa Debit (Delta) cards.

Do you take American Express, Diner's Club, Solo or Electron Cards?

Not at present.

Do you ship to the USA?

No, due to stringent import regulations we are unable to ship to the US at this time.

What about the rest of Europe?

Yes, we do ship throughout Europe. You can order in pounds sterling, or Euros.

Are your postage rates the same to the Scottish Highlands & Islands?

This depends on the items ordered, we use Royal Mail to ship our light goods and FEDEX for heavier items , Royal Mail rates remains the same throughout the UK, FEDEX charges more for remote areas.  Please check on ordering if in doubt.

Do you offer any guarantee?

Yes, if you change your mind you may return any unopened products within 28 days of purchase, for a full refund. Please note that we are not able to offer this for Fresh Royal Jelly because of its perishable nature.

Are your products for internal or external use?

Our main products, such as Apimist, Apimist Plus, Pure Royal Jelly, Propolis tincture and bee Pollen, or are for internal use.

Do you offer BVT (bee venom therapy)?

No, as this is a highly specialist treatment, which can only be done face-to-face. Our operation focuses on nutritional products, which we ship World Wide.

Where are you based?

We are based in Sustead, in beautiful North Norfolk which is around eight miles (12 kilometers) north west of Norwich, England. Norwich is in the East Anglian region of the country, around three hours drive north of London.

Who owns Apitherapy?

Apitherapy is owned by Pottergate Group Ltd, a family business established in 1966 by Alison’s father, for further details please see the contact us page.

Will the consistency of your products always be the same?

We will monitor the quality of our products at all times but because we are dealing with natural products there is a continual variation - spring honey is quite different in texture from Autumn honey. The same applies to both pollen and propolis so you may find a variation in texture, but the quality will always be consistent.
