Bee Pollen is heralded by many as one of nature's most powerful super foods a great source of vitamins A, C, D, E, K and all the B's plus minerals, proteins, amino acids, Omega 3 oils, folic acid and antioxidants.

Bee pollen can be sprinkled over anything from cereals to dessert. For an extra boost to your morning smoothie add a tablespoon of pollen before blending.

Your pollen will come to you in a resealable packet which needs to be stored in a cool dry place.

We recommend one tablespoon daily.
